To give everyone the best possible opportunity to better their lifestyle physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe this can be achieved through soccer and physical fitness. Here are some of my routines that I have when strength training athletes. I believe in a good exercise format that athletes like to follow with the warm up to the exercises itself. Athletes to non athletes, young kids to the elderly. The format is pretty simple. The warm up consist of 5 minute cardio to get the blood flowing, then with foot strengthening exercise to help prevent lower body injuries especially in the feet and ankle. Then it goes to arm rotators to help improve the range of motion to prepare for the exercises to come. All workouts are set into blocks. And one block is at least a minimum of 4 workouts in the different planes of motion. And depending of the day the person comes in and how many days that person comes in that week will determine the workouts and duration for that specific day.
